I personally found this newer set easier than the original challenges. If you are unsure, check if Reda's store is available in Ravensthorpe, if not then you aren't connected. Also you need to be connected to Ubisoft servers for the achievement to pop. Once you've hit the required score the objective will be removed from the upper left corner of your screen, so it should be fairly obvious.Note that if you were hoping it would be similar to optional objectives in previous AC games then prepare to be disappointed, you can't split each requirement into separate attempts, you need to do every requirement in one run. So for example if you need say 330 points for poison kills or what have you, once you've hit that score you can then move onto the next requirement. To get a gold medal you need to get 1000 points, which is only possible by strictly following the scoring outlined in the pause menu. Note: This solution will not cover the original set of Mastery challenges outside of providing a video guide and in reference to the unlock requirements, only the second update will be outlined here. If this changes please put a comment informing me and I'll remove this edit. If you have not even attempted it so far, make a save prior and reload that until you get gold. If not however, you will unfortunately have to wait for a fix. If you already have your gold medal in this challenge then you should be fine. You can reload a save to before the first attempt and it will spawn. Currently the Anderitum Hideout Raven challenge is bugged, as the key required does not spawn after the first attempt, making this achievement partially unobtainable for the time being.

*** Spoiler - click to reveal *** The patch to fix the Anderitum Hideout Raven challenge has been released, however it seems it is still broken, as you are now able to get the key but the door now does not open.
